Model designers across LEGO spent thousands of hours per year searching for scattered product data across disconnected systems. No single source of truth existed.
Led discovery and strategy for a knowledge management platform connecting design tools, manufacturing data, and portfolio management. Shipped a working beta in 4 months.
Platform on track to save designers 10,000 hours per year. What started as a data problem became the connective tissue between seven internal systems.
LEGO's 150+ Brand Retail Stores had no scalable platform for digital in-store experiences. A landscape of fragmented grey IT solutions that didn't scale.
Ran discovery and built a product strategy for a unified hardware and software platform. Took it from problem to a working in-store prototype tested in a flagship store during high season, in 6 months.
Secured a 6-figure pilot across 7 stores and a 7-figure budget earmarked for global rollout. First team to sunset a legacy in-store digital experience across all LEGO Brand Retail stores in 15+ years.
Product teams across a 90-year-old company needed a shared language for discovery, validation, and stakeholder trust. The methods existed in pockets but not as a practice.
Created and taught an Intro to Product course on empowered teams, continuous discovery, and opportunity validation. Keynote speaker at LEGO's first Digital ProductCon. Mentored PMs across four global hubs.

A mental health community for neurodiverse individuals needed a complete brand identity. No design team, no marketing budget, no agency.
Built the entire brand, pitch decks, and content strategy using a multi-tool AI workflow. Not one tool, but a chain of AI platforms, each used for what it does best.

Commercial real estate needed to measure and report carbon emissions, but the tooling did not exist. We saw the gap and decided to build it.
Co-founded Legacy as Head of Product. Launched MVP within 3 months, securing the first angel investment. Led product, UX, and 10+ API integrations with public and private energy data partners.
EUR 2M seed funding. Product-market fit with commercial real estate and banks in under 18 months. EUR 300K ARR closed within 6 months of launch.
After early traction, Legacy needed to serve enterprise clients with complex building portfolios. The product and infrastructure were not ready for that scale.
Led a full UX overhaul and platform infrastructure revamp. Scaled the product team to 10 people. Delivered the enterprise version in 7 months.
Platform went from startup MVP to enterprise-grade in under a year. The product and team foundation I built still runs today. I remain an investor.

2019-2020
A decade-old sustainable catering company still ran on landline phones and MS Access. No product team existed. Digital was an afterthought.
Formed Able's first product team from scratch. Overhauled web and mobile clients, migrated customer care to Zendesk, and delivered a proof-of-technology for a modern AWS serverless stack in 8 weeks.
Secured EUR 400K product budget in year one and EUR 800K board pre-approval for the production build. Trained 25+ employees in outcome-driven product development practices across Denmark and the Netherlands.
Able's market shifted dramatically during the engagement. The transformation needed to adapt to external pressure, not just internal ambition.
When restructuring hit, I worked with the CEO and HR to help the team find new career opportunities. The work was not just about building product. It was about taking care of people through change.

Linkfire's major record label clients needed programmatic access to campaign management and real-time analytics. No public API existed. Enterprise deals depended on it.
Led development and launch of Linkfire's public API platform with 7 developers. Shipped to market in 5 months. Co-created the sales and go-to-market strategy with teams in Copenhagen and New York.
Launched 5+ global API integrations with major record label enterprise clients across Europe, US, and Japan. The API became a key differentiator for the company's growth in the enterprise market.
A fast-growing music tech company scaling across 4 products and 20 developers needed a shared product development process. Teams were moving fast but not always in the same direction.
Implemented opportunity mapping, discovery, and dual-track agile as the company-wide product development process. Served as Scrum Product Owner for the internal API platform.

The world's first open trading platform with a built-in app store needed its web client. Forex and equities traders needed a fast, modern interface that could compete with legacy desktop software.
Led a 4-person team from concept to beta launch of a web-based trading platform in under 3 months. Managed a 25-person offshore development team. Led UX research across New York, London, and Tokyo.
Working beta in 3 months. 10 app partnerships signed for the platform's app store. UX research spanned three continents and directly shaped the product.
