Some teams need a sharp outside perspective. Others need someone embedded in the work alongside them. Here's how I typically engage.
A focused push on a specific problem. No long contracts, no ramp-up.
Per sprint, workshop, or day rate
I work alongside your team as a fractional product leader or strategic advisor. Same mission, flexible intensity.
Monthly retainer, flexible scope
Full ownership of a product initiative. I'm in the team, every day, until it ships.
3-6 month engagement
If you need someone to optimize what's already working, I'm probably not your person. I do my best work when the problem is genuinely hard: a new market, a product that doesn't exist yet, a team that needs to find its way. And if we click, I'll stick around.
Every engagement starts with a conversation.
Book a strategy callI've deeply integrated AI into every part of how I work. From legal documents to live prototypes, these are real use cases from real projects. I teach teams to do the same. Practically, responsibly, starting tomorrow.
Build a complete brand identity: name, voice, visual system. With AI as your creative partner.
Go from idea to working prototype in days. AI-assisted architecture, coding, and iteration.
PRDs, specs, and user stories drafted and refined at the speed of conversation.
Competitive analysis, user research synthesis, and market mapping. Hours instead of weeks.
Draft articles of association, shareholder agreements, and compliance docs with AI assistance.
Sales strategy, positioning, pitch decks, and launch plans built and iterated rapidly.
I've spent 10+ years building digital products across four countries. From Copenhagen to New York, London to Tokyo. Startups, scale-ups, and one of the world's most loved brands.
At LEGO, I held two very different Senior PM roles. The first was physical retail: assessing digital experiences across 150+ stores globally, then building a new in-store platform from scratch. The second was pure digital: a knowledge platform for Model Designers that's on track to save 20,000 hours a year. Both required the same thing: getting people who'd never done product work to embrace discovery. Different contexts, same craft.
Before LEGO, I co-founded Legacy, a carbon accounting SaaS. We raised €2M in seed funding and hit product-market fit in under 18 months. I also led product at Able, transforming a decade-old service business into a product-driven organization. And at Linkfire, I built their public API platform and shipped it in five months.
Four ventures founded. Not all survived, and that's the point. Every failure sharpened how I think about risk, timing, and what's actually worth building.
I've mentored 15+ product managers on everything from stakeholder influence to burnout recovery. I gave the keynote at LEGO's first Digital ProductCon on how inner work makes product people better at their jobs. I teach because I wish someone had taught me sooner.
Copenhagen-based. Father of two. I cook a lot of Asian food and I'm an avid motorsports enthusiast.
Think big, act quick, start small, be kind. Sharpened over a decade of building products and leading teams.
See the bigger mission. The best product work starts with caring about the change you want to create in the world.
Give your team the right context at the right time so they can move without being bogged down.
Figure out the least you need to learn before you commit. Every experiment should lower the probability of betting wrong.
Change is hard. Trust starts with kindness. Make every voice heard, and people will move with you.
Benevolent product management starts with a simple belief: people do their best work when they can be themselves. I've seen teams go from dysfunctional to empowered, and what follows is better products, real innovation, and people who want to stay and grow with your company. That's what benevolent means.

Lessons from building three products from scratch. What worked, what didn't, and what I'd do differently.
Deep dives into real engagements. The problems, the process, and the outcomes.
Whether it's a quick conversation or a long-term partnership, the first step is the same.
